Shipping policy

Please note that we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses, only to physical addresses. If you live in an estate, please ensure that the security gate will allow the courier company to enter; otherwise, choose an alternative address to ensure speedy delivery. 

Orders are only processed on weekdays. We will communicate with you should there be any unforeseen delay.  Deliveries will only be made to the designated delivery address between 8am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time depends on your delivery address and when you place your order.  

 Typical domestic delivery times are -

Main centers (delivery within 2-5 working days)
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley.

Outlying areas (delivery within 5-7 working days).

International (delivery periods vary the destination country's specific customs procedures.)

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and excludes Saturday/Sunday and public holidays

HOW MUCH ARE DELIVERY COSTS?

Standard Domestic Delivery (South Africa)

All orders over R750 qualify for free delivery, a delivery fee of R75 is applicable if your order is below R750. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.

International Shipping Information
Our standard international shipping fee is ZAR500. However, please note that the final shipping cost may vary depending on your destination country's specific charges. Should the shipping cost exceed the standard fee, we will notify you via email with the updated amount for your confirmation before processing your order. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the most accurate shipping rates possible.


Confirmation email
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, please arrange re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
